Our most recent experience was unbelievable—my daughter was rear-ended in Nashville, and her car was totaled. I called Mason right away, and by chance, he was traveling to a meeting somewhere in TN. He stopped at the accident site, helped my daughter navigate the entire process, called a tow truck, and even gave her a ride home.
